This week, we all agreed target did a really great thing by announcing changes to how they categorize and label children's toys and clothing in order to limit gender-specific stereotyping. It shows our society is growing and evolving. Kudos to Target who is now going to categorize by interest or theme rather than by labeling them "boys" or "girls" toys that people think historically are only appealing to one gender or the other.

As usual, this week we had so much to talk about in the world of pop culture. First up: Kelly Osborne and her remarks on The View addressing Donald Trump and his controversial comments about Latinos. Many say it reveals her true racist feelings, while others think it was a comment gone awry when trying to prove her point. Whatever she was trying to convey, it didn't go over very well with the general public and the other hosts on The View.

This week, as with every week, there was no shortage of hot topics in the media to discuss. We covered quite a bit of ground including the cake shop in Oregon being fined $135,000 for discriminating against a lesbian couple for refusing to bake a wedding cake, Jared from Subway being investigated for possible involvement in a child pornography scandal, Paula Deen in hot water yet again, this time for her social media manager tweeting an offensive photo of her son in 'brownface', and much more.

So much has happened and significant progress has been made in the last few weeks, especially with Supreme Court rulings on same-sex marriage, Obamacare, housing, etc. A lot has changed, and it will be very interesting to see what kinds of issues these new laws bring and how they will shift our societal norms.

Bryan and the panel this week tackled the "About Bruce" two-part special on Keeping Up with The Kardashians that aired last Sunday and Monday. The special really dove into how the family reacted and is still reacting to Bruce Jenner's transition into a transgender woman.
